BTS' Jungkook is gearing up for his much-awaited solo debut.
The pop superstar will be releasing his first official solo single on 14 July, 1 PM KST. Titled 'Seven,' the track is said to be a "summer song" showcasing the "full breadth of Jungkook's charm".
Jungkook himself took to Weverse Live to share more news about his solo efforts, including confirming that he's working on his first-ever solo album, as well as how much fun it was to shoot the music video for his forthcoming release.
Meanwhile, in a statement, BIGHIT MUSIC asked fans to support the new release, as well as his future activities.

While this is Jungkook's first official solo offering, the golden maknae has previously released 'Left and Right,' a collaboration with Charlie Puth, and FIFA Soundtrack, 'Dreamers'.
Jungkook is the latest member of the award-winning septet to officially start his solo musical journey, following j-hope with Jack In The Box, Jin with 'The Astronaut,' RM with Indigo, Jimin with FACE, and SUGA with Agust D's D-DAY.
As part of BTS' 10th-anniversary festivities, the group released 'Take Two' as a seven-piece, and commemorated a decade with ARMY at their annual FESTA celebrations.
