On January 28th at noon KST, BTS members Jin and J-Hope shared their Lunar New Year greetings with fans through the group’s official YouTube channel. In the video titled '2025 Lunar New Year Greeting,' both members appeared in hanbok and delivered heartfelt messages to ARMY, showcasing their unique charms.
Jin said, “The year 2025, the Year of the Snake, has arrived. Thank you all for your hard work last year. As much as we received love from ARMY, I’m striving to show even better sides of myself this year. I hope you all have happy times with me.”
J-Hope added, “I hope this year is one where all your wishes come true, ARMY. My first wish is for your health. I hope you always stay healthy. These days, I’m counting the days until I can meet the ARMY members I haven’t seen in a while.”
Jin released his first solo album 'Happy' in November last year, setting new records on charts such as Billboard and the UK Official Charts. On January 26th, his OST 'Close to You' for the tvN drama 'When the Stars Gossip' was unveiled. Additionally, Jin continues to entertain fans with the variety show 'Run Jin,' airing every Tuesday on the group’s official YouTube channel. He is also set to appear in the upcoming Netflix variety show 'The Ultimate Gianzang,' expanding his presence across various fields.
J-Hope is gearing up for his first solo world tour, 'J-hope Tour: HOPE ON THE STAGE,' starting in February in Seoul. The tour will span 31 performances across 15 cities, including North America, Manila, Saitama, and Osaka.
On January 23rd (local time), J-Hope opened the 'Le Gala des Pièces Jaunes' charity event held at La Défense Arena in Paris, showcasing a dazzling performance.
