Jungkook's 'GOLDEN' album is continuing to prove its popularity with another record-breaking achievement on the Billboard charts.
According to the latest Billboard chart, which was finalized on December 23, the BTS member's debut solo album 'GOLDEN' is now at the 41st position on the Billboard 200. As this is the album's sixth week being on the chart, he has now set a record as the longest-charting solo male artist from Asia.
'GOLDEN' has also maintained its high position on other Billboard charts, securing the 12th spot on the Top Current Albums chart and the 14th spot on the Top Sales Albums chart for six continuous weeks. Tracks from 'GOLDEN' such as the album's title track "Standing Next to You" and others like "Please Don't Change (feat. DJ Snake)" and "Closer to You (feat. Major Lazer)" have also remained on Billboard charts for six consecutive weeks, including the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.
Jungkook's solo single "Seven (feat. Latto)" remains on the Global 200 at the 19th spot and Global (excluding the U.S.) at the 8th spot for 22 weeks and "3D (feat. Jack Harlow)" has also maintained positions on various charts for 11 weeks.
Meanwhile, Jungkook and his BTS groupmate Jimin simultaneously enlisted in the active-duty military on December 12. Their expected discharge is in June 2025.
