Jin has made a stunning solo debut with his album Happy, released on November 15, landing at No. 4 on the Billboard 200. This milestone makes BTS the first group to have all members achieve solo entries in the chart’s Top 10, following RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.

According to Luminate, Happy earned 77,000 equivalent album units in its first week, including 66,000 traditional album sales, 8,000 streaming equivalent album (SEA) units (about 10.53 million streams), and 3,000 track equivalent album (TEA) units. The album ranked as the third best-selling album in the U.S. that week.

The six-track album, featuring songs like I’ll Be There, Running Wild, and Heart on the Window, highlights Jin’s vocal range and artistry. After the pre-release of I’ll Be There, Jin dropped a music video for Running Wild, captivating fans with his evolving solo style.

Fresh from completing military service, Jin is re-engaging fans through his magnetic music, variety show appearances, and his solo debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. With Happy’s global success, Jin’s solo journey is off to a remarkable start, further enhancing BTS’s legacy.
