Jimin Becomes 3rd Korean Soloist In RIAA History To Go Platinum In U.S. With A Single

BTS’s Jimin’s solo debut single “Like Crazy” has gone platinum in the United States!

On November 30 local time, the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) officially awarded “Like Crazy” a platinum certification for over 1 million units sold.

“Like Crazy” is only the third song by a Korean soloist ever to be certified platinum in the United States, following PSY’s 2012 hit “Gangnam Style” and Jimin’s bandmate Jungkook’s own solo debut single “Seven” (featuring Latto).

Congratulations to Jimin on his impressive achievement!
