Hi ARMY,

At the time of this post, Bangtan Web has not yet launched. However, we've been making it a point to post all the latest content so that when the website does launch, it's not empty. That way, ARMY who are not looking up the latest BTS content across multiple sources can just rely on Bangtan Web as a one-stop shop.

As we headed closer to our launch date, our servers experienced an influx of visitors to our "coming soon" page. This influx maxed out our resources with our shared host provider, causing a 503 error.

When we contacted our hosting provider, they let us know that we have too many concurrent users attempting to connect and that allowing us unrestricted access would impede the performance of other websites that are on this shared server.

To fix this, we had to swap hosting plans and give us something with a little more oomph.

The good news: our new hosting plan allows for scalability, so if this happens again, we have the resources to adapt on the fly and not worry about downtime.

The bad news: we were not able to post news content for almost 48 hours. We don't plan on retroactively adding content at this time, as we're finalizing the finishing touches for launch.

So you won't see news about Jungkook's latest Weverse live (and his new haircut), sadly.

We would like to offer our sincerest apologies for this downtime. Our hope is that by the time we launch, this post will be buried deep in Bangtan Web and people won't really notice.

Anyway, we just wanted to provide some context as to why there are 2 days of missing news. ARMY, I hope you enjoy your stay here at Bangtan Web.
