"Dynamite" Becomes 1st Song By Foreign Artist To Surpass 800 Million Streams On Oricon

BTS has made Oricon history once again with their smash hit “Dynamite”!

On August 14, Oricon—Japan’s largest music statistics site—officially announced that BTS’s 2020 digital single “Dynamite” had surpassed 800 million streams in Japan alone.

According to Oricon, BTS is the first foreign artist ever to hit the 800 million mark—and only the third overall, following Japanese artists YOASOBI and Yuuri.
