Suga from boy band BTS completed the U.S. leg of his first solo world tour, "D-DAY,' attracting some 155,000 fans to concert halls.
Suga kicked off his "SUGA | Agust D-DAY Tour" at UBS Arena in New York on April 26 and 27. He went on to perform at Prudential Center in New Jersey on April 29, Allstate Arena in Illinois on May 3, 5 and 6, Kia Forum in Los Angeles on May 10, 11 and 14 and Oakland Arena in California on May 16 and 17.
Suga performed tracks from his album "D-DAY," which he released this April, namely "Haegeum" and "People Pt.2," along with solo tracks from BTS' 2020 album "Map of the Soul: 7" and song from his previous albums.
He also hosted guest performers at his concerts, including American singer and actor MAX on May 11 and singer Halsey on May 14.
Agust D, Suga's second stage name, is an anagram of "D tsugA" which refers to "Daegu town Suga," or Suga from his hometown Daegu. The two mixtapes released under the stage name Agust D were released on Soundcloud in 2016 and 2020 free of charge.
Suga will continue his world tour in Jakarta, Bangkok and Singapore before concluding it in Seoul on June 24 and 25 at the Seoul Jamsil Arena in southern Seoul.
