On March 9, 2023, the Recording Industry Association of Japan (RIAJ) officially announced and revealed the 37th Japan Gold Disc Awards 2023 Winners, presenting both Asian and Western artists alike with accolades for their contribution to the field of music. The list of winners was dominated by great names from K-pop and J-pop industries.

BTS won "Artist of the Year," "Best 3 Albums" for Proof, "Best MV" for their Muster Sowoozoo collection, and "Download Song of Year" for Yet To Come.

Jungkook also won with his collab with Charlie Puth, snagging "Streaming Song of the Year" for Left & Right.
